Dear Support Team,
I have a problem after updating to the final version of your VPN Client on
Windows 8 64Bit German.
The tunnel opens and gets established without any problems but I cannot get
any traffic through.
The VPN works without problems on a different PC with the same profile
(Win7 Shrew older Shrew VPN Client) so I can exclude a general problem with
the profile settings or the VPN GW.
It worked before on the W8 computer with 2.2.0-rc2
I completely removed the 2.2.0-final VPN Client rebooted and installed newly
several times but the problem stays.
Then I tried to install the 2.2.0-rc2 (which worked before) but cannot get a
working scenario.
Installing the complete W8 newly is not a real option as this would be a
huge effort.
I have attached the details on my local system (sorry for the German) and
the VPN Client Debug Log.
(Before creating the log the service was restarted, Tunnel enabled, tried to
establish a session to an IP behind the tunnel 10.146.211.52 without
success, stop VPN service manually)
VPN Client Version = 2.2.0 FINAL
Windows OS Version = Windows 8 64Bit German
Gateway Make/Model = ASA5510
Gateway OS Version = Version 8.2(5)
Your help would be really appreciated
Best Regards,
Oliver
