Hello Andrew,
the solution is quite simple. Just enter the user password, directly
followed by the Entrust token number, into the Password field in the client.
Example: User password is 8888, Entrust token number is 123456789. You enter
8888123456789 into the password field.
Kind regards,
Gerd

Subject: Authentication Entrust
Authentication: user has a password, follow by the entrust token.
Version: Shrew Soft VPN Client 2.2.2-release, Windows 7 Professional x64
The VPN Access manager prompts for a username and password. It does not
prompt for the token password. It displays the message access denied.
How can I change the software to allow for a password and then followed by a
token?
Thanks
