[vpn-help] Upgrade from W8 to W8.1 Issue and Solution

Just a quick note to let you know of my experience upgrading from W8 to
W8.1.  I just upgraded both my Desktop and Surface Pro.  I use Shrewsoft VPN
Client to connect to my work PC on both platforms.  Neither platform would
work after  the upgrade.  I uninstalled and then reinstalled and the VPN
Client.  Problem resolved without additional steps.
