[vpn-help] Issues connecting to company VPN using mobile broadband

Hi,
I am experiencing problems connecting to my company VPN, using the
2.2.2 client on Windows 8.1 / 32bit (imported PCF configuration), on a
mobile broadband internet connection:

It looks like the client doesn't get any packet back on UDP port 500
(I also used wireshark to make sure).
The problem appears only when I am connected to the internet by this
mobile broadband connection, otherwise the VPN connection is fine. I
thought that the internet provider was filtering VPN traffic, but
using iOS Cisco VPN software embedded in my iPad I manage to connect
using the same broadband connection.
I also tried the different NAT trasversal options in the client, but
without success.
Could you please help me with this issue?
