[vpn-help] Error installing VPN 2.2.2 on Windows 7 Professional Error 0x8007005

Hi All

I have installed 2.2.2 successfully on a Windows 7 Home Premium 
PC

I get Error 0x8007005 when I try to install the same version on a 
Windows 8 system.

The only significant difference I can see is that 
the W7 system has Avast Pro antivirus whereas the W8 system has 
Kaspersky. 

Anyone got any ideas?
