[Vpn-help] windows 7 x64 / netgear FVS-336G / 2.1.5-beta

I just tried the 2.2.0-alpha as well - same problem as the 2.1.5 beta - reports successful tunnel creation, but unable to access the ips that are behind that tunnel.

I should also mention that when I open the Trace Utility, and trace log, nothing shows up. And the text underneath the Start/Stop and Restart buttons are all grayed out and I am unable to click on those buttons.
