[vpn-help] Problem with Vista Home Basic

I am not technical, so please bear with me. 

 

I am running on a 32-bit Vista Home Basic operating system. I have
downloaded release 2.1.5 in order to access a VPN through Cisco. This
appeared to work fine. I then imported a .pcf file into Access Manager. This
is the same file that several others have imported and have been able to
access the VPN successfully. The main difference is they are all running on
a Windows 7 operating system. 

 

I get the following error when I execute the file. It appears the program
starts, but gets terminated by the gateway. I am not aware of what gateway
this is referring to. Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly
appreciated.
