[vpn-help] VPN Client Connection issues

Good evening,


I appologize if this is a duplicate but I am unfamiliar with how mailing
lists work.

I have downloaded and installed the Shrew Soft VPN Access Manager client ver
2.1.5 on my Windows 7 - Ultimate 64bit PC
I have imported my previous Cisco VPN Client .PCF file
When I attempt to connect to my VPN session I recieve the following
information and am unable to connect:
I do not know how to use the Trace Utility where as it won't allow me to
click the "Start" icon.
