[vpn-help] what does INVALID-ID-INFORMATION in log mean?

You are receiving an INVALID-ID-INFORMATION notification from the VPN 
gateway. That means you provided the wrong local ID type or value in 
your site configuration. Please have a look at your authentication tab 
and check your values.
