[vpn-help] Windows 7 64bit connectivity

Right now the policy on the network has the Maintain Persistent Security
Associations checked and a remote network resource 

 

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx /255.255.255.244 where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is my remote host.
What do I do to set up a "manual policy" for my companies network?
