[vpn-help] windows 7 issue with 2.1.5 and 2.1.6 beta

I'm not sure it is worth trying 2.16 beta 4. I rebooted this morning
and the VPN Client no longer works. When attempting to connect, it gets
to the point of "bringing up tunnel..." and after about 20 seconds or
so, it returns the message "negotiation timeout occurred". Also, I am
back to the problem of not able to locate DNS. However, if I disable
"ShrewSoft DNS Proxy Daemon" I can resolve DNS.

So at this point, I can access the internet but the VPN Client is not
functioning.

Any suggestions?
