[vpn-help] Authentication Entrust

Hello Andrew,

the solution is quite simple. Just enter the user password, directly
followed by the Entrust token number, into the Password field in the client.

Example: User password is 8888, Entrust token number is 123456789. You
enter 8888123456789 into the password field.
