[vpn-help] Pre-Login - Credential Provider Error

Windows 7 x86, SHREW 2.2, create Global profile to connect to Cisco ASA. Connection works fine. Enable the Windows Credential Provider and log out - switch user.
The Shrew VPN Login is presented, I enter the necessary information and I am reverted back to the original login screen (not the Shrew VPN login). Reviewing the event logs, I see the following:
