Good day,
Our VPN uses "Mutual PSK + Xauth" authentication, using a PIN + RSA code.
Currently Shewsoft does not support the mechanism to reset the PIN. This
happens either when the RSA token is first assigned, or when the PIN is
forgotten and a reset is triggered on the server side.
The mechanism for a reset (using the Cisco VPN client) is:
1. Attempt connection in using only the RSA code
2. A dialogue requests the user to select & confirm a PIN
3. PIN reset is confirmed and another connection must be attempted to form
the tunnel.
Are there any plans to include the reset functionality into a future
version of the client?
